I am confused on how to connect a 2nd start wire and a accessory wire w/resistors to the same wire in the vehicle.

Some Installers like to use DIODE's.......
Others & I like to use Relays...........
Look on Top Left of this site about Diode's and Relays or:

You use relays in this vehicle don't attempt diodes. Also the wiring is different depending on what unit your installing.
