The dealer told me my Viper 791 can roll down/up the windows, I also see in features it states it can roll them up when arming etc. but doesn't mention how to go about it?

I believe that it controlls those features by sending a +12v to the device when armed, in your case i think that by tapping in to the power window controlls you would be able to also controll them using your alarm output(s).

when u want to control the windows the viper 791 only puts out a negative on all it's channel u will need a 530t or 529t to control your windows. hook that up and then and only then u can control your windows but some cars do have a built in 1 depends on what type of car but 95 of the time u need a dei 530t or dei 529t

2002 Toyota Sequoia has this feature.  If you ground the lock wire for 10 seconds it will roll up both front windows and close sunroof.  If you ground the unlock wire for 10 seconds it will roll down the front windows and open the sunroof.

Many newer cars has this feature and many will roll up or down ALL FOUR windows, eliminating the need for 530T or other Window modules.  Many times you don't even need a relay because the wire that your sending ground to is just powering a FACTORY relay, so you don't even need more than about a 200 ma (-) ground signal.

Good luck!
