My Viper 791XV on my Honda Civic isn't sending me pages when the siren goes off. Is there any way to reset the brain back to how it came from the manufacture? Also I can't enter into the programming function with my valet switch. Any help would be great. Thanks

check to see of door trigger is working. as for the remote. you are probly going to have to get a new one. if its been within a year. it should be under warrenty.

Try unplugging the antenna cable from the antenna for a minute. Sometimes that will fix the problem of the remotes not receiving pages.
