Is there a tach wire for my remote start without having to go to the engine? Thanks for your help.

2001 F-150 super cab 4.6 liter v8

Tachometer WHITE/ pink  ac  instrument cluster or PCM
FORD, F SERIES SUPER DUTY, 2001, Tachometer

Can also be located in the main harness that runs on the inside of the firewall to the left of the brake pedal.

Dont see that color wire on the instrument cluster. Is this the same for the non super duty trucks?

i ended up using an injector wire for my tach signal. i have a 2001 f150 ext cab with 4.2L v6

At Ign coil    GREEN / WHITE or pink/white.... its a singal cylinder reading

in a harness that says AET TEST gray tape! Under hood pass. side on top of the valve cover
