I installed the Viper 791 XV but my accessories stay on does anybody know how to turn off a (RAP) Retained Accesory Power in a 2000 Dodge Intrepid  help please thanks

if you are worried they will go out in 10 minutes just pulse a ground to the drivers door pin wire with the wire that says pulse arter shutdown (forgot which one it is but it will say so in the manual)

If you have hooked your door trigger wire in correctly the accesory power should go off as soon as you open a door.  This is likely the real problem.  I'm not aware of any way to "disable" this feature on the alarm itself, other than hooking up one of the OTHER power wires that is not "retained".

it is not a factory thing it just started doing it on the Viper 791 XV. i had a commando alarm but I didn't have this problem with it
