i shaved the door handles and installing a shave door handle kit,, i was just wondering if anyone had a picture or a diagram of how to mount the solenoid to pull the latch open... (94 silverado)

every car is going to be a little different depending where you have to mount the soleniod and where is available you just have to go with what you think is the best location

The best place (I think) is below the latch in the door, right before the door curves in the corner. Also if you have trouble accessing that area the inner skin of those doors should unbolt. Mount the door pop solenoid first, then measure how long the cable needs to be, loop through the factory latch first then back to the crimp, then do the same to the solenoid. Only a little slack in the cable will cause them not to pull fully so try to get the cable a tight as possible. Hope this helps.
