is channel 2 the wire everyone uses for this module? in the install guide for th 791xv it says that channel 2 RED / white will, when pressed for more than 1.5 sec, supply an output as long transmission continues. the 530t install guide says, press and release the aux button to vent and hold down for 3 seconds to roll windows all the way to(which means 2 seperate outputs). to my understanding, the channel 2 only gives a single output.   and how do you roll the windows back up after rolling them down when armed?

The aux output will pulse unless you hold it, in which case it will offer continuous output until you release the button.  You only need ONE aux output to operate the 530T.  This is a feature of the window module.  If the 530T receives a pulse input on the aux input wire, it will vent the windows, and if it receives more than a pulse, it will (on it's own) procede to roll the windows all the way down.  I believe that you CAN continue to pulse the windows by tapping the button over and over (increasing the vent opening of the windows), but if you hold the button down for more than approx. 2 seconds, the 530T is going to receive that as a "roll down" command and drop the windows completely.

Long story short:   It all works on ONE aux and your "ground when armed" output to roll up/down windows.

This works the same on my Avital Avistart 6500 with 2x 530T Window modules.

yea, the 1.5 second delay on the viper output just means that to crack your windows or stop them from rolling up just hold it down for 1.5 or 2 seconds, and if you want to roll them all the way down, just hold it down for around 4 or 5 seconds,, my omega has a 2.5 second delay, but it still works, you just gotta hold it down for a second or two instead of just pushing and releasing

okay very last one....how do you arm the alarm without rolling up the windows. i says press the aux and within 5 sec. arm the alarm. when i press aux and arm, it rolls the windows up,  on my 791xv pressing aux then arm does a silent one so you don't hear the arm/disarm chirps.

well because you have that delay on it, you don't press it and then arm it, you'll have to hold it down for that 1.5 seconds or whatever and then arm it, this part is were it gets a little tricky, cause if you hold it down for too long it wont work
