Can I use any siren for my alarm?
I have a different siren from a different alarm that you connect the to the alarm then ground the alarm with its black cable. or Do I need to use the same siren for the alarm?

You can use any siren thats for an alarm. Just hook up the (+)positive wire and (-)ground wire.

oh ok I have a siren from my old alarm and want to use it on a different alarm system.

I have a siren that has the red and black cables but the red end of the cable from the siren is not the round connector that snaps into place from the 18pin harness on of the alarm. Do I just make a split the wire before the round connector from the 18 pin harness on the alarm and just twist it in?
