hi

i got a volkswagen golf tdi model year 2000 ,i tried to connect the trunk release to the aux of the alarm but i had no sucess can someone tell me with wich wire i have to connect the aux output to unlock the car trunk alone?

i mean i need the colour of the cable

You will need to find a BROWN / green wire at the alarm module (left side of steering column)  You will need a 2.2k resistor as well.  Put the resistor in series and try it out.  If it doesn't work you will need to use a relay as well.

85 to Aux output of alarm
86 Fused 12v+
87 Ground
30 to 2.2k resistor

2.2k resistor to BROWN / green wire of factory alarm module.

i dont have a factory alarm module i got a crime stopper installed

antvel : player69 is telling you that you can access the trunk release wire where the OEM alarm harness is. There is a BROWN / BLACK wire at the comfort module by the main control module located under the drivers side of the dash. This wire is a (-) trigger.

what is thew comfort module you mean the black box located under the stereeing wheel with a lot of cables comin true it?
