a-10 alarm . armed output (-) 500ma provides a ground output while armed to activate stater kill. i have 90 civic i wired it as follows. 86 to 12v+ign 87 from ign (BLACK/ white wire) 30 to starter (same wire) 85 to alarm output. installed 1 amp blocking diode across 86 and 85. doesnt work please help thank you!

did you get the right starter wire? did you set the diode the correct way?
