Just wondering, I have a Neon SRT-4 with a factory alarm.  I also have a universal window rollup module.  I was wondering if it is possible to use the lock pulse from the factory lock to activate the rollup module?

yea, you might need to get a pulse timer tho, depending on what kind of a window modual you have, i'm only familiar with dei and fusion, but most need a steady ground to roll them up, not a pulse (except the dei 529) but you can get a dei pulse timer for cheep, it will convert a ground pulse (from your unlock wire) to a 30 or so second ground output (that will be more than enough time for the windows to go up,, then you should have no problems, and these pulse timers are cheep no more then like 20 bucks i think

ohh and i mentioned the 529 but i didn't explain, the 529 has a pulse input for the window up, this input when tied in with the activation output will kind of  "latch" it'self on, that way it will continue rollingi down untill it see's that the window has stoped moving

now that i think of it, a dei 530 also has an active output, it's an output that goes to ground while it's rolling the windows up or down,, this is usually used to turn off alarm sensors IF needed,,, if you dioed this, and the regular activation input, and combine them, you might beable to make it latch it'self, without a timer, give it a try and see if it works,,, the only problem is,, this would have to be tested IN the car, because you can't test the 530 without a motor to use,, if you don't understand what i mean by connecting these wires i can draw you a simple diagram

there is also a way to do this with 4 relays, but i don't think you want to do that, and it would only work with the 530t

haha, sorry it's late at night and i get all sorts of crazy ideas when i'm on here

It was hooked up to one of my viper 790 aux outputs to roll the windows up when the car is locked but I honestly dont remember how I hooked it up to the viper lol I think I had a diode in there if I remember right..
