Hey whats going on. i recently just intalled a viper 791 with a 555u bypass mod. Im curently using the ring that comes with the 555u but it doesnt work all the time because of the position its in. Where can i find the factory transponder ring wires? i cant seem to get the steering cover off to search for it.

get rid of the 555u and get the 556u and wire it into the existing wires as per the instructions. It will work 100% of the time.

the factory transponder wires are a twisted pair I am not sure where it runs down the column, but it's there
