Hi, I was wondering how I can tell if my oem keyless entry/secruity system would have to be bypassed if I was to have a remote start installed. Id like to know if I would have to factor in a the price of a pypass module into the price of the remote start.

Well. if you are asking about Passlock then yes you must bypass it, if you have a keyless entry remote with no actual alarm then there should be no aditional charge unless you want the remotes integrated together, and finally if you have a factory alarm and it goes off when the ignition is triggered then it must also be bypassed, but that one is generally fairly inexpensive.
