I have a problem with the electronic door locks on this car. The fuses are OK. I can push the switch to lock and unlock the doors and hear it "click" every time. The sliding locks don't move either way. What could be causing this? I want to install an alarm on this car and they need to work.

take the door panel off and see what is going on. See if the actuators are moving and working correctly.

Did you do anything prior to this problem ? Install anything or get water in the electrical ? Did you spark any wires while installing anything ?
