I am installing a 2 529T's on a 2005 Avalanche. None of the windows go up, and the weird part is that the two rear windows dont respond at all. I had cut the blue wires at the rear window switches and ran 2 pairs of wires to the module's (one from each rear door), then I conected back the blue wires in each door to how they originaly were and now the rear windows dont respond at all. Ive been frantically looking for the fuses for the rear windows but I cant find them in either fuse box (drivers side and hood). Any Ideas as to what might be the problem? Im hopeing I blew a fuse and not the Window motors.

Hope you wired in the BLUE H 1/3 & the GREEN h 1/2 to the motor side of the wire and not the switch side otherwise you would have given the swithc 12 volts which would have burned out the switch.

Just in case i did, would that have burned out the switch or the window motor?

How can I test to see if I burned out the switch?

Luis.

It smells OK. I rewired it back to factory and It is still not working. The funny part is that the RR window I never connected it to the window module and it still doesnt work. Thats why I think it might be a fuse somewhare that I cant find.
