Hi

Ive decided to connect up my door triggers to the dome light. because i have a problem with my door triggers. they will test 12v when doors are closed and 0v when open.  but as soon as i take the key out from ACC...... the voltage changes...    It turns to 5v closed and 0v open.

The problems i have with connecting door triggers to the dome light is that.

when the alarm isnt armed the dome light dont respond to the door triggers it self.

But when its armed the door triggers work. and the light turns off.

also the lights stay on untill i arm the alarm.  But the alarm will give off 3 chirps (doors are open). I guess its still sensors the dome lights are still one.

is there anyway to fix this problem?
