Alarm is the compustar 2WFM-AS
Everything works as you press the buttons on the remote, but recently the remote does not receive the signal back with beeps or what not.... (for example: say the alarm is disarmed right now, then you press button I to arm.. on the remote it'll show that the car is still disarmed...really strange) as well it doesnt' beep or anything when you autostart the car ... it's almost as if the alram is a 1way rather than a 2way... any clues on how to troubleshoot this?

check the antenna and make sure it did not get pinched at all.
