Depends on the definition of "GOOD"
I have sold & installed Black Widow............Even know the Owner.......
Is as "good" as a lot of other "good" Alarms...............Is also "better" than some............
Price is what U get.............

I have installed that model and it is okay. The antenna comes out thru the main plug you just have to be careful not to strech it or pull on it other than that it does it's job. The BWX5 2Way is okay too.It has more range than DEI 2Way.                 I  tested these units BWX5 & Python 880, 881XP, and the Black Widow has more range even though you are inside your house and the car is 2 blocks away the signal goes thru.

One good thing about Black Widow, is their lifetime warranty on the brains.  David Leavy stands behind their Black Widow products
