I have looked around for the wiring diagram for a 04 E-150 van. Can someone please help me out on this one? I am going to put in the alarm tomorrow if I can get the diagram. Also where is a good site to get stuff like that? I was told directedtech.com but I can't find that site anywhere.

Thank you

Chris Carr

The site is www.directechs.com but you need a password to access it. I looked and did not find any info on any E-Series vehicles. Probably the same or close as a F-Series.

You need to go to work for a DEI dealer, other than that, you cannot get a password!

If he gives it to you....he's breaking the rules...and if you get it, keep it to yourself!!

I am working on this 2004 Ford E-150 Van. The owner told me it had a keyless entery system on it but they had lost the remote. Well it didn't it has reversal polarity locks on it and I have been told I need to wire relays to it. The alarm is a python 460HP.

Is this the way I need to wire the relays?

yea car audio that is the way to wire the relays, but these vehcles use the passenger switch as the master switch, therefore you will be wiring switch side/motor side opposite of what you are used to, on this vehicle the motor side (pin 30) goes towards the drivers door, and the switch side(pin 87a) goes towards the vans interior, wires should be red and brown in the drivers kick panel. other than that very easy vehicle to do

Ya I got it done yesterday early in the morning I had everything ready when I got to the van I onlly had to hook up a few wires and I was done. It worked like a champ. The other car I was working on was so much easier.. It had a car alarm in it already so all I had to do was match the wires and tes it. The owner was a little mad when I came back with his car a hour later and still charged him $75 for the install.
