What does the ign coil on Grand am look like?

I'm looking for the ignition coil on a 1999 Grand AM GT for the tach wire. It is suposed to be a white wire on the "ignition coil" but i can't seem to find it.... what does it look like and where would i find it? thanks

you can get the tach wire under the drivers side dash in the thick harness coming through thefire wall, it is a PURPLE / white wire, just use a razor blade to slice open the loom toaccess the wires

The coil pack will have all the spark plug wires going into it. IT will be a white wire or purple white if it is a 3.1 motor.
