Ive never done this before, it doesnt seem that difficult. i was wondering if anyone might know where i can get any info on the wireing on a 2002 yamaha yzf r6??  or if anyone knows if their is enough room to hide the brain and stuff on this bike. i will be installing a the prestige 996 two way remote start.  let e know if their is anything i might need to know about before i start on this later today. thanks  in advance.

Well, I don't have an answer to your specific bike for wiring and space. But on Bikes that I have seen. You should be able to find room for the brain, shock sensor, antenna, LED, etc. The hardest part will probably be hiding all the wiring. If you have a shop manual. You should have the wiring info to help you out. I wish I had installed remote start on my bike when I had it. Would have been both impressive and I might have caught the person who knocked over my bike. Plus it's nice to have it warmed up so it idles and runs smoother. At least on my Honda VTR 14,000rpm Interceptor. Only 250cc, but very quick and light. Good luck.
