Hi: I'm trying to install a Command Start remote starter into a 91 Caprice.  I would like to know how to do a neat job.  I have wires running every which way.  It looks like a plate of spagetti.  How do the pros deal with this.  Do their jobs look as messy as mine?

Martin.

Martin,

I am sure you must have the unit install already. Now that you know how the wires are run and are more familar with it. I think installing it the second time will solve the mess.

Personnally I like to hide the alarm unit first. If you install everything than hide the unit which I think you did it gets quite messy. Again, it come down to experience and knowing your product. Try that and the advice of the above post it should remedy your problem.

also use zip ties to tie the alarm looms to the looms inside the car if you really want to be a neat freak tie the alarm looms to the backside of the car looms so you cant see them good to see your trying to do it properly
