for some reason i cant get my second remote on my compustar alarm to program. i'm doing everything it says...

remove battery from remote
turn ignition on and off 5 times and wait for confirmation
stick in battery

then it should confirm the remote and everything should work... but it's not.

try pressing the 1 button after you stick the battery in sometimes they are a little picky.

i tried pushing buttons after i installed the battery and the blue light blinks but the alarm doesnt detect it or anything.

it doesnt have a 1 button though cause it's the cheesy extra one that comes with it, without the LCD display.
the one with the LCD display programmed fine.

Ignition on five times in a window of 5 seconds.

Then hit the arm or lock button of each remote you want to learn. Must program all remote at the same time.
