Hi, i have a 2000 Chevy S-10 PU truck.  I want to add keyless entry to the truck.  I have the Directed 451M relay to trigger the add on actuators in the doors.

I have an autopage 855 alarm.

My Question: Can I add a momentary rocker switch in the car to lock and unlock the doors without using the Alarm remote???

in other words, when i get in and I want to lock the doors, i could hit the switch and the doors would lock, without hitting the keypad and having the alarm system arm and lock the doors?

If so, can I just wire the switch in parrell with a hot in the center contact, and a feed coming off both sides to tie into the relay for the lock and unlock?
