i connected the ribon that goes from the relay to the alarm.. then i have 5 wires left

it sais i need to connect the green and blue to my actuators and ground the white and brown.. and hook the power one to a 12v power.. i did all that..
i press the lock/unlock button on my remote.. my relay clicks.. but the actuators don't move..
any help?
did you connect it to the alarm. does the alarm have - or + output?

any help on what it could be?
i connected to the alarm.. well the diagram sais unlock empty and lock (there's suppose to be 3 wires)
There is a lot of information needed thats missing to really know or understand the problem. However, if the relays are clicking, you obviously have the 85 and 86 pins of the relays wired correctly, however no power or ground path is being given to the actuators.
What kind of vehicle do you have? Did it have factory power door locks, or have you added aftermarket actuators?
-------------
i didn't have power door locks.. i watned to get them for my car alarm since i have the option for my remote..
i baught some aftermarket actuator with a relay.. but i cannot make them work... the relay clicks but the actuator do no move..

some one help me please..
when i hooked this alarm up i cut the ribbon cable and used the wires from there much easier less wires it puts out neg on arm and disarm
You show two +12V connection on your relay box, but only one of them is connected to +12. It seems you've connected the relay +12 supply, but the other +12 supply needs to be connected to supply the actuators with power.
