I’ve been having some problems with the viper 791 in the older Cadillac’s with the Vats system. On a 1994 Fleetwood the starter is clicking like its not getting enough current the start the car. I tried to boast the current on the starter output wire but still clicks sometimes. Has anyone experienced this type of problems with remote starts? I also had the same problem with a 1992 Deville. My resisters are correct, I’m kind of lost.

The problem won't be with the VATS system. If the VATS system isn't bypassed correctly, the car wouldn't even try to crank. As mentioned check your tach hook up and check your ground connection that it is clean, tight and into the body, not the dash.
