Hi,
I installed an alarm/remote start module in a G20 this week and I cant find the right Parking ligts wire.
I tapped into the RED / blue (+) wire that was identified in the wiring information found in this website and I also got a circuit diagram from canadian tire. in the circuit diagram there is no mention of a RED / blue wire for the parking lights. Needless to say this wire did not work.
I found the "combination flasher unit" that switches when the emergency lights flash and found a GREEN/ red wire that swithces 12V. When I tapped into that wire the insturment cluster lit up. There is also a light GREEN/ blk wire that switches 12V when the lights are flashing but that doesn't work either.
The unit I am installing can provide a (-) or a (+) trigger.
Please help me find the right wire to tap into or let me know if a relay is a must for this car.
Thanks in advance
