Any help would be very appreciated. I have the Compustar 2WSS-AS. I noticed lately that SOMETIMES when disarming the alarm, I am getting a string of 4 beeps from the siren...... beep beep beep beep. It does disarm, but this is not normal. It's supposed to be 2 beeps...... bwip bwip. Please help anyone!?

Do the light flashes correspond to the number of times the siren chirps ?

Not when it does this 4 beep thing. When working normally, yes, the lights corrospond with the 2 cirps. But this beep beep beep beep, it disarms, but lights dont flash.

Maybe short somewhere?

Unplug the main harness and reset the system. Relearn the remote controls and post your results.

Well, I havnt done this yet, because I've limited it down to when it does it. If the car is sitting all day in the hot sun, (I'm in South Florida) and I go to disarm it, it does this beep beep beep beep. Only after sitting in the heat all day. Any ideas?
