How do you Install a remote starter system on a Ford F-150 2004 with passive anti theft systems.also known as PATS.

You just need the right bypass for it. You can use a universal key in the box bypass, or if you don't want to lose a key use a Ford specific bypass. You will need 2 valid keys to program the bypass. As for the bypass you have a few choices:

1L2Z-19G365-AB - Can order from any ford dealership - made by Code Alarm

PKF3 from bypasskit.com

PKU-F2 from bypasskit.com

556S from DEI

Any universal key in the box bypass

I'm sure there's a few more out there as well..
