Use yellow/black for the driver door trigger and gray/red for the passenger door.

Quick question ?  Why the relay ?  Most diode iso would use just the diodes with the band away from the alarm.  Is the relay used to wake up the BCM?

Gives more isolation than using 8 diodes. Use 4 diodes with the relay and it will ensure isolation of the trigger's.

Okay.  Last thing.  You say 4 diodes? But this is a two door car.  Where are all the diodes going?  or am I using two with a relay...  Also thanks so much for the help..

If you have a 2 door, you only need 2 diodes. If you have 4 doors then use 4 diodes. If you have 5 doors ( hatch or tail gate ) then you need 5 diodes, etc....

Do you have the correct wires? Before isolating them, do they test correctly?
