remote starter wont open trunk

it starts the car opens doors but not the trunk. can anyone help

mick henny, yes, we can help, but you'll have to help us help you. What unit (alarm/keyless/remote start) is this? What year, make, and model vehicle is this unit in?

I dont know the make but ,the right button started the car, left button opened and locked the doors, push the two at the same time the lights flash and the trunk should open. it hasnt worked for two weeks could it be a fuse
