Notes: NOTE: Production started around 3/98. NOTE: This vehicle has the passlock II immobilizer system that, when adding a remote start, must be interfaced with. Use DEI part 555t or 555L. *1 Remove the radio, without unplugging it, to access the ignition harness. *2 Lock requires a negative trigger, and unlock requires a negative trigger through a 1,500 ohm resistor. Must use relays. Must close doors to lock with a single pulse. *3 Requires a high current ground. Use a relay. *4 The lt. GREEN/ black is located in the drivers kick and catches only the drivers door. The lt. blue is located in the harness coming from the drivers running board going under the drivers seat and it catches all other doors. Use both door trigger wires and diode isolate each. On the 2 door the lt.blue is in the passenger kick. *5 The ECM is located under the left side of the dash to the left of the column.

ok im trying to understand this so i already have the cn1 block connected except i dont know what wire to hook the starter kill/anti grind?

on cn2 im confused what wires the
light output ....
status output....
ignition put...
accessory output...
starter output...
connect to on the car.

cn3 do i only use the
hood sensing....
trunk sensing....
brake sensing....
(+)door sensing...
(-) door sensing...

the for cn3 the
2nd pulse unlock....

First of all, do you have any experience installing remote start/alarm systems?

Secondly, do you have the required bypass for the GM Passlock 2 system in your vehicle?https://directechs.com/techtips/pdfs/resources/security/directed_techtips/1048.pdf

Third, are you asking what each and every wire function is in your 2nd post? If so you will need to read the manual a few times and get a decent understanding of them before we can really help you.

Lock requires a negative trigger, and unlock requires a negative trigger through a 1,500 ohm resistor. Must use relays. Must close doors to lock with a single pulse.
Diagram here (use the top one)

Domelight Supervison is the LIGHT GREEN/ BLACK (-) wire found in the Driver's kick panel (I wouldn't bother with it as it is optional and requires another relay.)

2nd pulse unlock wire is for progressive locks. One press for driver door unlock and 2 presses for unlocking all other doors. (I wouldn't use that either, one press for unlocking all doors is easier)

door sensin wire is used to tell the alarm if the door has been opened which will trigger it to sound the alarm if the door is opened while the system is armed. You would use only the (-) negative input wire. The LIGHT GREEN/ BLACK (-) is for the DRIVERS DOOR this wire is located in the DRIVERS KICK PANEL. The PASSENGER DOOR wire is a LIGHT BLUE (-) is located in the PASSENGERS kick panel when connecting to an ALARM SYSTEM, use both DOOR TRIGGER wires and DIODE isolate them.
