Anyone know where to find the wires that control the rear window roll up/down? Any info would be greatly appreciated...Thanks

LF Window up/dn dk. blue - brown  A  driver door module in door   
RF Window up/dn lt. blue - tan  A  front passenger door module in door   
LR Window up/dn dk. blue - brown  A  LR window switch in door   
RR Window up/dn dk. blue - brown  A  RR window switch in door

Looking at the schematic looks like there is a switch for it in the overhead console that uses a resistored output to send a signal. Same goes for the rear key cylinder.

Thanks NowYaKnow! The diagram you posted was very helpful. I used the wires found at the overhead console for the rear window up/down. The only problem with controlling the window this way is that you have to power up the accessory circuit in the vehicle for it to work....no big deal for me as I had already installed a Viper 791xv so I just tapped into the ribbon cable accessory wire while grounding either of the window wires. Just be sure to diode isolate these circuits!
