What alarm is this?

I know it's probably a longshot but i was just wondering if anyone could tell me what alarm this is.
It came with my new car but the previous owner didn't tell me anything about an alarm (probably because he lost the remote fobs). So when i started installing my new alarm i found this one under the dash.
Theres no labels or anything on the alarm module except for a little hand written tab with numbers: 8S - SR1 96 2 961 and inside the module it says Made in USA.
I'm assuming its just some cheapo alarm as there were no immobilisers. It had a rather large siren, bonnet pin, red led, reset switch and non-colour coded wiring. I know it doesn't say much but maybe someone has come across this alarm once and has remembered what the actual module looked like.
I've attached a pic, sorry for the poor quality.
