Well, first off I'm 99% sure that the Blazer has a passlock II.  My problem is the fuel pump will not come on.  I'm sure it's the passlock system but the passlock on my Alero works a little differently.  On my Alero I can hear the fuel pump charge the system when I turn the key on and then the security light flashes for 10 minutes before I can start it.  On the blazer the fuel pump is not coming on at all when I turn the key on and the security light doesn't flash.  Is there a way to get it to start?

PS   I'm sure that the fuel pump is working fine

Took it to the mechanic last night and he couldn't find a problem with it, he hooked it up to the computer and it gave no results....checked all fuses and relays to no avail, there's just no power

If it's the Passlock II system, the SECURITY light will be flashing fast when you have the IGN on. For the newer Passlock systems you have to have the IGN on for at least 30 minutes in order for the system to reset itself. When it's reset the SECURITY light go away.
