I CAN NOT disarm this factory alarm by grounding the yellow/blk wire, or any other wires at the factory alarm module.(probed them all and hit them with long pulses and double/tripple pulses- nothing).  also opened the ign trigger(pink wire at module) didn't help. any idea how to disarm this module?

thanks,

Mark

The alarm passive arms. Read the car's owners manual, it will tell you that.
It can't be disarmed unless you use the remote.   You must disarm the car EVERY time with the FACTORY remote before you open the door.
If you need to bypass it for remote start, you will need to interupt the pink ignition wire located in a harness under the rear seat (passenger side). You will also need to catch the starter wire after the factory starter kill. Look up high under the dash and you will see a relay taped to the main harness. It has about 4 wires going to it, mostly yellow. You need to connect to the thick one, about 12 gauge. Careful you don't get solder in your eye :)
Don't bother adding keyless entry to the remote starter, you will still have to use the factory alarm remote to unlock you doors.
Only other option is to unplug the factory alarm which I don't recommend and have never tried.
