I want to add piezo horns to the interior of my Nissan titan.  I currently have a functioning Viper 791 installed.  The horn that came with the alarm is located under the hood as usual.

My question is how do I hook up additional sirens/horns.  Do you wire them in series or parallel with the existing siren?  Is a relay neccessary?  How many sirens can you hook up without needing a relay (if possible)?  I bought one piezo horn from bestbuy, and I was thinking of adding a couple to the interior of the truck.

Any guidance is appreciated, educate me.  Thanks!

Hook them up parallel. The siren output already has a relay built in if i'm not mistaken.

Nope, 2 sirens max. Use a relay if adding additional siren. Also sirens ARE NOT horns so be clear as to what you are installing or adding.

Where I live the neighbors were whinners so I installed just an inerior piezo with a 2 way alarm. Just having to hear it when I set it off accidentally was bad enough. It would really suck to have to try to deal with it while trying to take the radio or actually take the truck.

Thanks 4 the helpful replies.

Will one Peizo siren installed in the cab in parallel with the stock siren cause any problems?

I think my neighbors were more concerned of the crazy asian running out of the house with guns in both hands, than the car alarm going off.
