Hi I've just bought an audi A4 on ebay, it came with audiovox elvatrbb remote control w/remote starter, i'd love to reprogram this alaram. because the way it was programmed is annoying, the car locks itself after 1 min, no matter if the keys are in ignition, if the keys out of ignition, if the keys inside or outside, if im in inside or outside, i mean no matter what... the car locks itself after 1 minute... this is annoying and one day im gonna end up get locked out, while the car is running and i wont be able to just open the door and get in...

please help with how to reprogram audiovox elvatrbb-5bcr

That's only the part number on the remote.

Is it possible to get at the brain of the unit and get the numbers from it?

What does the remote look like? How many buttons? Do you have a pic of it? If you can't post a pic here, can you find a similar remote on eBay and give us a link to it?
