Adding "Open" Starter Kills

I am planning on getting a Viper 790xv with remote start in my car. It comes with the DEI Failsafe Starter kill, which is not a normally "open" kill, meaning it is useless if the alarm brain is disconnected.

So I would like to add several addition "open" kills, I was thinking of at least getting starter kill, ign kill, and a fuel pump kill, all using relays. I would want all of these kills to work if the alarm brain is disconnected, all of them to automatically activate and de-activate when the alarm is armed and disarmed, and also for them to be bypassed for remote start. I also do not want to use any hidden switches that I would have to flip before being able to start my car.

How can this be done, how complicated is it, how long would it take for an installer to do properly, and how much would it add to regular installation cost? Could Circuit City installers do this?

What you are wanting to do is called, I think, a closed kill.  This is done by having each circuit go through its own relay.  The only way to make these circuits work would be after Ign. is applied to the relay. 

This is a fairly simple thing to do but requires, of coarse, the additiion of more relays and the time to wire them up.  If you came to me to do this I would charge you an additional $30- $60 to the install.  That includes the relays.

Now the stuff you need to know:

the down fall to this is that the relays will be needing power the entire time you drive your car which is very hard on the relays.  If one should fail while driving your car down the road your car will quit right there......

Sucky City will probably tell you no.

I think i have an idea that will work, but I am pretty sure Circuit City would make you pay big bucks for it, and like the previous guy said, that would require the relays to be worlking all the time while driving.  And my diagram kills with arm and I will say "unkills" with disarm.  If you want them to be killed even when disarmed, and only "unkilled"  for remote start you will not be able to use your key to start the vehicle unless you have another trigger of some sort, which you said you didn't want.  But I dont see why you would need them killed when disarmed. Let me know if you want to see my idea still and i will try and make a diagram I can post for you.
