I have an alarm with 1 only negative output to trigger an igntion cut relay when the alarm is turned on. Could I use a diode on this same negative output to hook up the same type of relay to cut my starter, (then making it a 2 point immobilizer} ??

Yes just use a seperate relay for each connection break and that should work fine. you only need one diode on the output side. Connect the negative relay triggers together and attach to the diode.
