Hi, I have just baught a car ( old Corolla- Toyoto)  We are not able to open the  back side doors from inside. Is there some child lock active ? If so, how can I disable it?

Don't know what year??
Look along the Door Latch ( on the door jamb )......
see if there is a small lever by it

if its anything like the hondas the switch should be on the door near the latch. just slide it to the opposite side.

there is also on some toyota's child safety tied in with the central locking. usually its a seperate wire and you have to give two wires the neg unlock signal and diode isolate
