I installed an aftermarket door lock kit on my '01 dodge dakota about 4 years ago. Everything has been working fine until about 2 weeks ago. The door locks are activated by the manual door lock switch. When I go to unlock the door immediately after I slide the switcth to the unlock position it automatically locks. If I use my key and unlock the door I have to hold the key in the unlock position for a couple of seconds or the doors will automatically lock. Do I have a short? Thanks for any suggestions.posted_image

No, you don't have a short. You need to readjust/reposition the rod on one or both front actuators.
