hi all if at all posible can someone explain how to do the following

ok i have a 5 wire actuator and i have a - pulse from my alarm.
what i need to do is when the when the actuator gets the - pulse (0.5 seconds) i need it to fully extend then fully contract.


is there any what this can be done.???

if posible a diagram would be great

explain why  you need it to do this what application are you using it for?

hi there currently i have it to pull the leaver that opens the door but i need it to pull one way to open it then back so the door will close

currently i use a spring to return the actuator but would be alot better it it would be powered on the return

ok sorry sould have said its used to open the door not unlock the door
