is there somewhere i can find a list of cars with factory pre-outs?

Some Ferrari's have them. Then again they come with Alpine radios. It is safe to assume 99.999 percent of cars will not.

The only car I've seen with factory pre-outs was a Dodge Viper.  There's 2 alpine amps in the rear, one for front and one for rear speakers.
