Hi guys,
I have a 2003 ranger xlt with power doorlocks. I am installing an aftermarket alarm that has the ability to lock and unlock the doors. I was wondering which wiring diagram i need to follow though when hooking it up.
3 wire negative
3 wire positive
4 wire reversal
5 wire alternating
?????

12volts yellow + ignition harness
Starter RED / lt. blue + ignition harness
Second Starter N/A
Ignition lt. GREEN/ purple + ignition harness
Second Ignition N/A

Accessory gray / YELLOW + ignition harness
Second Accessory BLACK/ lt. green + ignition harness
Keysense
Power Lock pink / YELLOW - driver door harness or PKP
Power Unlock pink/lt. green - driver door harness or PKP
Notes: The GEM in this vehicle shuts down after the doors have been locked for a certain time period, to wake up the system refer to DirectFax document 1093.
Lock Motor pink/black 5wi driver door harness
Unlock Motor RED / orange 5wi driver door harness
Parking Lights+ brown + headlight switch or GEM
Notes: The GEM (Generic Electronic Module) is to the left of the radio.

Notes: The driver door trigger is yellow/black and the passenger door(s) is gray/red. Use both wires and diode isolate each from the GEM, refer to DirectFax document 1076.
The GEM (Generic Electronic Module) is to the left of the radio.
