I want to double check that my 2000 Durango without factory alarm has positive polarity locks and does not require use of resistors.

Correct? Thanks!

Must use relays and set up for (-) negative trigger. Place a 647 ohm resistor to the lt.GREEN/ orange for arm/lock,  and a 1562 ohm resistor on the same wire for disarm/unlock. Unlock requires a double pulse.

Is this lt GREEN/ orange wire present and usable in a vehicle *without* the factory alarm system?

Thanks!
