i have a viper hv350 in my truck.  The remote has been workin very WIERDLY lately.  i replaced the batterie, and some times i'll be standing next to the door, and it won't disarm.  i watch the green light on the remote lit up.. so i know its transmitting... but no effect/?

is a new remote in order?  they system is not yet 1 year old.

I WOULD SUSPECT THE ANTENNA BUT YOU'LL REALLY HAVE TO START SWAPPING STUFF TO NARROW IT DOWN....

I agree with kgerry. If your battery is good the remote will work or it wont. I would check the connections for the ant. Next make sure that it is not pinched or shorted to ground anywhere.
