I want to install a viper 500 esp on a blazer 2001

how can I disarm a factory alarm on a safe way?

The Viper 500 ESP is an alarm and you really don't need to disarm the factory alarm unless you are adding a remote starter to the Viper 500 ESP. If you still want to bypass the factory alarm wire then connect the ORANGE wire from the H1 harness and it will ground out the factory alarm when you arm the Viper alarm.
