Should I be able to hook my wires for lock and unlock from my alarm unit directly to the door lock wires located at the BCM? If so, Which wire in BCM for lock and which wire to unlock will I hook to?
Thank you

What brand/model are you installing? Does it have - negative and/or + positive lock outputs?

It is a Crimestopper CS-2016. You can view the insallation manual at www.crimestopper.com. The door lock wires show that one wire puts out (-)lock/(+)unlock and the other wire puts out (-)unlock/(+)lock.
How will I need to hook these up to my truck door lock wires and will I need to use a relay, diodes, etc. to
accomplish this?
Thanks for your time and help!!

Well the door locks are positive pulse just like mo12v said. As for how to wire that up it's right there in your install manual under POSITIVE TRIGGER DOORLOCK WIRING. https://www.crimestopper.com/techweb/InstructionBooks/ComboSystem/CS2011-2016%20REV%20B%20install.pdf
