Doing a keyless entry onto a 2005 F250 Super Duty. The Door lock relay doesn't have a Diagram for it. How should i hook up the wires if they are a 5-wire system.

lock-pink / YELLOW

unlock-pink/lt. green

It already comes with a door lock relay. I'm not to sure though about one wire. It's a RED / white wire coming from the relay. Also, should i put the purple wire to ground or twelve volts for a five wire.
